Start Coder Terms of Service
This page explains the terms and conditions under which you can use our services as an end user. User Responsibilities
Full utilization of the Service may require registration. You agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You must not share your login credentials with others.
Registration, User, and User Account
User characterization.
A user is defined as an individual (consumer), a self-employed individual, or a legal entity represented by an authorized person (entrepreneur) who is registered to use the service through the web interface.
A user is then limited to a person who uses the service to a limited extent and without prior registration. If the user is under 15 years of age, the consent of the legal representative is required to use certain features of the Network related to paid content, or the consent of the legal representative for Members under 18 years of age.
Agreement to Terms of Service and Other Documents
By registering, the user expresses their agreement to the Terms of Service and other Start Coder documents. Registration is done by submitting a web form and simultaneously accepting the operator's proposal to conclude the Agreement without reservations. As a result of registration, the user gains access to the non-public part of the service and to their user interface called the User Account.
User Account Security
Start Coder uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to maintain the integrity and security of all information collected through the service. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%. In the event that any information under our control is compromised due to a security breach, we will take reasonable and appropriate steps to investigate the situation, notify individuals whose data may have been compromised in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and take further appropriate action. The Member is obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary to log in to the User Account.
Our company will keep your data for an extended period of time. Once this period expires, your data will be deleted.
Limitation to One User Account and Non-Sharing
The user may only use one User Account, a personal account for individuals (consumers). The user must not allow access to the user account by third parties.
Correct and Complete Registration Data
The user undertakes to provide correct, complete, and truthful data during registration. The operator considers the data provided by the user during registration to be correct. Registration data includes an email address or the user has chosen another method for registration.
Termination of User Account
The user has the right to cancel their user account without stating a reason by writing a request to terminate the User Account to email: support@startcoder.com. Deactivation takes place within a protective period of several days. The deactivated Member Account is devoid of personal data and can no longer be used. Content created by the user remains preserved in the service but remains in the database of inactive users.
Blocking or Deactivation of User Account
The operator has the right to block or deactivate the User Account in the event of a violation of the provisions of the Terms of Service or the use of the service in violation of the Terms of Service or the Agreement. A blocked or deactivated User Account loses access to content, and no compensation or damages are due to the Operator.
Age
You confirm that you are at least the minimum age required to use the Service under applicable laws. In the case of being a minor, you need the consent of a legal representative.
Customers
The Service is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. You must not engage in any activity that could disrupt the operation of the Service or jeopardize the security of other Users.
School Facility
They must provide the operator of online services with a clear and verifiable consent of parents before they obtain personal data from children under 13 years of age. In the event that the Start Coder platform provides educational services to schools to enrich educational curricula, Start Coder, which is part of WideWeb s.r.o, relies on each school to ensure and confirm appropriate consent to the collection of information about its students.
Each school demonstrates its commitment and guarantee by having the necessary permission for Start Coder to collect information about students before they are allowed to enter the service system if they are under 15 years of age. The school further confirms that it has conducted the necessary communications with its students and parents regarding the sharing of student data with the service provider.
Privacy Protection
We respect your privacy. The principles of personal data protection are set out in our Start Coder Privacy Policy. Your consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of personal data is governed by these policies.
Content and Limitations
The Service may contain various content, such as courses, materials, and communication tools. This content is protected by copyright and may not be distributed or modified without our consent.
User Content
If you contribute your own content, you remain responsible for its legality and non-infringement of third-party rights.

Termination and Changes
We have the right to terminate or change the service or these terms at any time. You will be informed about this in a timely manner.
